Savio Title is operated by a team of attorneys including Matthew Leider, Esq. and Melisa Manganelli, Esq. Savio Title provides closing services nationwide and specializes in Real Estate Owned (REO) Closings for Lenders and Investors as well as individuals looking to buy or sell real estate. In addition to providing traditional closing and escrow services, Savio Title also handles Due Diligence, Collateral File Review, Title Searches, Mobile Notary Services and Curative Title Solutions. Savio Title is an affiliate company of the law firm Manganelli, Leider & Savio, P.A.
Savio Title was started during the pandemic as a virtual/technology based Title Company.
It has evolved into a nationwide title agency providing title services throughout the country. It was built as an extension of the law firm to provide the firm’s clients a one stop shop for its real estate owned assets to safely close. The team of attorney’s knowledge and experience Savio Title employs, can cure just about any title issue. The founder, Christian Savio, is a former in-house counsel to the largest underwriter, Fidelity National Title Company.
